So, why make a show dedicated to mountain biking?
To many of us, mountain biking is more than just a sport or a hobby. It’s a passion, it’s an obsession, and it’s a lifestyle.
Mountain biking is more than just the bikes; it’s more than just the trails; or the speed, or the jumps, or the flow. It’s about us, our friends, and the interest we share that draws us all together. It’s about having a good time and respecting ourselves and others in the process.
The Northeast MTB Report was created by and for riders with the goal of sharing the sport with each other and anyone curious to know what it’s all about.
Each volume will feature segments created by us and local enthusiasts with a desire to share what makes mountain biking important to them. This can include team and rider profiles, race coverage, favorite riding spots; whatever aspect of this sport that means something to the person who wanted to share their perspective.
So if you’ve ever been curious why someone would roll a bike off a 10 foot ledge, or ride as fast as possible down the side of a mountain on a trail no wider than their handlebars, stay tuned, sit back, and enjoy the ride.
